As founder of Urbanshare, Create's sister lettings operator, he champions quality single-person housing, having engaged with 4,500 tenants and actively leading a team managing 500 tenants daily.
Lee has project-managed £7.5+ million in PRS conversion works, integrating technology throughout.
His operational leadership and tech focus are crucial for delivering Create's differentiated resident experience.

Using his broad and active experience, he supports Create in strategy formulation, market awareness and procurement & development processes, while ensuring environmental, social & governance inform key decision making.
